Electronic material field

Special fluoride coated material

This is different from normal physical adhesive materials, and consists of suckers created by chemical reactions. It reacts with glass, metal, and forms a durable water repellant, oil repellant, and dust repellant coating.

Electro-conductive material (Paint)

This is UV hardened ATO paint that decreases the load on the environment. It consists of a water-type conductive paint, in which water is used as the solvent. Its transparency is particularly high, and it is a can match any of the solvent based conductive coating paints.

Non-contact type electric inhibitor

This is different from usual surface coatings or kneaded types in that the electrification inhibitors do not actually exist on the surface.  Due to this, it can perform various functions with respect to the surface like anti-reflection, or hard coating etc. by using a film sheath etc.

Surfactants

Hard coating material

This is a one-liquid, hardening at normal temperature type, and does not require UV radiation or heating. It forms a glass membrane of over 9H pencil hardness on the surface. In addition, because it is a hybrid of organic and inorganic, it forms a coating film where the surface is hard and flexible.

Agent to improve Adhesion

This product is made by taking non-crystalline polyolefin of graft maleic acid, and cutting it using a solvent. It is particularly suitable as a primer for difficult to stick surfaces like polypropylene whose surface has not been treated or PET which does not stick easily.

Photocatalyst

This is a photocatalyst suitable for dark places.  By hybridization of silver-based anti-bacterial drugs, not only does the photocatalyst independently deodorize, but its anti-bacterial effect is also improved. In addition to this, earlier photocatalysts had the problem that their activity decreased but here, this has been supplemented by the anti-bacterial material used.

Thermal expansion capsules

These are microcapsules where liquid  hydrocarbon is put into high molecular thermoplastics. When it is heated, it balloons up fifty times, so it can be used for making all kinds of backing materials, for insulation and for designs.

Ultraviolet ray absorbent

This is a water soluble reaction type UV ray absorbent.  It is chemically absorbed into cellulose or nylon, and there is no problem of bleeding.

Stain proof agent

This is a masterbatch containing silicone oil. When it is blended with polypropylene or ABS, oil bleeds out, and forms a water resistant and oil resistant membrane on the surface. It is mainly suitable for applications where fluorine coating etc. are not possible.

Anti-bacterial agents

These are silver based transparent anti-bacterial agents. They are specially suited to polystyrene or polycarbonate applications where it is essential not to impair the transparency of the material, for example for trays to be used in refrigerators etc.

Additives for self healing damage

When some percent of this is kneaded with polypropylene, it forms a new polyolefin which heals itself when there is any damage. It is suitable for fields in which hard coat treatment is not possible.
